The Central Contra Costa Solid Waste Authority (RecycleSmart) is requesting proposals for the following post-collection services:
- Transfer and Transport
- Solid Waste Disposal
- Recyclable Materials Processing
- Commingled Organics Composting
- Mixed Waste Processing
Proposers are invited to propose on one or more of these services.
Proposals are due May 31, 2024 at 3:00 p.m.
Services will commence on March 1, 2027.
